We are working hard at moving our extensive range of products to Adapto. During this phase, part of our range will be housed in our current warehouse and an ever-increasing amount of stock over at our new and improved Adapto warehouse. Due to this transition period, this may affect how and when you receive your order.

Order Split

In some cases, your order may be split. All stock in our current warehouse will continue to be shipped on the same day. Orders being partially picked in Adapto, may have a longer processing time and will only be registered for shipment once processing is complete. For any questions about the status of your package, we kindly ask that you wait until the evening of the following working day, as this is when Track & Trace emails will be sent. Please remember to check your spam folder if you do not receive this email.

Incorrect pricing information on delivery
notes within Adapto packages. 

Unfortunately, your delivery note includes the purchase price for ordered items, rather than the Recommended Retail Price (RRP). While we rectify this minor issue, we kindly ask that you refer to the De Bondt webshop for all up to date pricing information:
