These artisanal glass-head pins by Cohana have stunning floral designs. The glass heads are made by the Kinari glass factory in Osaka according to a very old technique that used to make glass beads (tombodama or tonbodama) with floral designs reminiscent of millefiori as early as the 8th century. The pins are made from nickel-plated steel and are produced in Hiroshima. They are strong and flexible and run smoothly through the fabric. They are 33mm long and have a diameter of 0.50mm. One pack contains a random selection of 3 different glass-head pins.
