Delivery conditions

Orders placed on weekdays, before 18.00 (CEST) are picked and packed the same day. Our orders are shipped via DPD, UPS-standard or UPS.

DPD

On the day before delivery, you will receive an e-mail stating that the parcel is to be delivered the next day. On the day of delivery, you will receive a subsequent email with a delivery time slot of 1-hour and a live tracking option to track your shipment. But that’s not all. Predict offers you flexible delivery options:

Deliver to a Pickup point
Leave in a safe location

UPS

For all other countries UPS is our preferred carrier. The minimum order value is € 350. For UPS shipments, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and volume of the package after your order has been processed.Shipping costs will be invoiced separately from your order.
