Important info for retailers in Australia and New Zealand - update

Due to an unfortunate issue regarding shipping, we are currently unable to accept orders for customers in Australia and New Zealand.

Following notification of exorbitant shipping rate increases from our carrier, we have temporarily stopped shipping to Australia and New Zealand while we look for favourable solutions.

Options being considered include alternative air freight carriers for smaller orders, and sea freight pallet shipping for larger orders. We anticipate it will take around two weeks to gather the information required, and we will of course update you as soon as we have those details. We thank you for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience as we negotiate the most beneficial alternative options for you.
