Last week we performed a server migration, as part of our commitment to keep our systems secure and efficient. Regrettably, this migration has led to some unforeseen issues.

Due to increased transportation and handling costs to many countries, updating our delivery terms is now regrettably, unavoidable. From 12 July 2023, a surcharge of €3.95 per order will apply to the countries below. Different changes will apply to the UK and Ireland as described.

On Tuesday 20 June, the Customer Service team will be unavailable by phone between 12:00 and 14:00 CEST. Usual operating hours will resume from 14:00.

To offer our retailers more purchasing flexibility, Eucalan 500ml bottles will soon be available to purchase individually.

De Bondt are somewhat constrained by global market conditions and are narrowing down all current options for careful consideration in order to offer you the most favourable.

To offer our retailers more purchasing flexibility, Scheepjes Organicon will soon be repackaged and available to purchase in packs of five balls, instead of ten. From Wednesday 1 February the Organicon collection will be temporarily unavailable in our webshop until the project is complete, which we expect to be around the beginning of March.
