Scheepjes Colour Lab CAL

Whenever Scheepjes have posted a teaser on social media for a new project, the online community have been desperate for an answer to the same burning question: When is the new Scheepjes CAL coming? Well, today is the day of the big reveal! We know how excited everyone is and you may now share the news with your customers and start selling kits.

CAL kits should be ordered separately from other items. Due to the anticipated high demand, your order may take slightly longer than usual to arrive.

From now on, excitement will build as Scheepjes present an immersive CAL experience. The crafting community are invited to imagine themselves joining a select group of research scientists, eager to embark on bold and ground-breaking colour experiments.

Participants will have access to a free crochet pattern designed by Rachele Carmona of Cypress Textiles. Video tutorials by Esther of It's All In a Nutshell have been specially created to offer additional technical support. Highly skilled mods and admins in the Official Scheepjes Facebook Groups are well-prepared, ready to assist and encourage. Purchasing a Scheepjes Colour Lab CAL kit offers participants even more. Kits include fun extras items such as a Limited Edition lanyard and an Access All Areas pass enabling exclusive access to extra content, making this long-awaited CAL even more special!

Within the experimental environment of the Colour Lab CAL, participants are encouraged to be playful with colour and create their own unique blanket. Each CAL kit contains 3 base colours and a Colour Pack consisting of 80 shades. In addition, the kits come with an interactive booklet, containing a Periodic Colour Table, information on colour theory, and colouring sheets with a simplified, schematic representation of the complete blanket. Participants will work under the guidance of designer Rachele to determine their own colour placement, resulting in a unique blanket. For inspiration, five tantalising examples have been created: three made with Scheepjes Metropolis, two with Scrumptious.
