Update Concerning Coronavirus

Dear customer,

The new coronavirus COVID-19 is affecting our country and other countries all over the world. We sincerely hope that you and your employees are well during these challenging times.

In this e-mail, we would like to inform you of the steps we, as a company, are taking in light of the recent events. We are following the guidelines set by our government and the RIVM (National Institute for Public Health and the Environment) which, in turn, can affect staffing. 
  • - We have worked hard to arrange that all departments who can work from home, are doing so for an extended period of time. 
  • - We will remain available to respond to all enquiries via e-mail or phone as our customer service team are actively working from home for as long as is recommended. 
  • - Our sales representatives will be temporarily unavailable to visit any stores, though continue to work remotely. 
  • - Your orders will be processed and shipped. We have made appropriate arrangements to continue processing orders in our warehouse with less staff than usual. We aim to ship all orders on time to lessen the impact the situation will have on your business. 
  • - We will continue to keep you informed via our regular communication channels. These include email campaigns, our news page and social media posts. Should any changes occur, we will inform you via e-mail.

We understand that you, as a business owner, are now facing troubling and uncertain times. Know that we will do our utmost to provide you with the best possible service we can in the current circumstances.
